SUMMARY:March Full Moon Sound Bath at Soul Zen Sound Baths\, by Kim Zacaruk
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special MONDAY evening sound bath and settling as you prepare for a full Moon and Lunar Eclipse early the next morning!\nA total lunar eclipse officially starts at 2:43 A.M. CST as the Moon moves into the outer regions of Earth’s shadow\, called the penumbra. Over the next hour or so\, our satellite will slowly begin to darken. At 3:49 A.M. CST\, the Moon reaches the darker inner shadow of our planet\, called the umbra\, until the start of totality at 5:03 A.M. CST. (source Astronomy.com)\nThis full moon is also knows as the Full Moon in Virgo\, or the Full Worm Moon named after the earthworms that signal thawing grounds. A perfect start to March and alllllmost Spring!  We will begin with some gentle stretching and spoken word\, enjoy a beautiful sound bath\, and finish off with some apple cider\, chocolate\, and conversation. Thank you for understanding!\nDoors will open 15 minutes prior to\, and close when the Sound bath begins (no late entry). Please bring a cozy blanket and pillow\; all other items are provided for your comfort. There are also silk eye masks OR locally made weighted eye pillows for purchase if you wish for 15$.\nWe aim for a fragrance free environment\, please.\n
