DESCRIPTION:FALL IS HERE &lt\;3  COME SETTLE IN for a Sunday evening Sound Bath celebrating the Harvest Moon.\nWe will start off with some gentle movement and stretching\, as we relax our bodies and then visualization and guided imagery will settle our minds as we drift into the sound bath.  When we come gently back… we will do some quite gratitude and release\, where you can feel free to journal\, chat\, or sit in silence while we have bevvies and snacks.**\n75 minutes Cost $35\nTo register\, please:\n\nsend E Transfer to Kim@SoulZen.ca\ninclude the date you will be attending\nand your name and email - I will email you day of the event to confirm :)\n\nPayments are non-refundable\, however cancellations made 24 hours prior to the sound bath\, may be transferred to another day of your choice. Thank you for understanding!\nDoors will open 15 minutes prior to\, and close when the Sound bath begins (no late entry). Please bring a cozy blanket and pillow\; all other items are provided for your comfort. There are also silk eye masks OR locally made weighted eye pillows for purchase if you wish for 15$.\nWe aim to be fragrance free\, please.\n
